State Strategies is a division of MSHC Partners providing experienced political consulting, strategy and persuasion mail services to state legislative races and local elections. We help in all aspects of campaigns, including providing assistance with campaign plans and budgets, assisting with field and GOTV, working with campaign managers on tactics or message and creating effective mail.
